All of our Products include Standard Free Delivery, excluding Canada (Canadian Shipments, there will be an additional fee) Please contact us for appropriate fee's. Free delivery includes Curbside delivery. White glove delivery may be purchased for an additional charge and includes inside delivery, unpackaging, setup and debris removal. You may also use our "LIVE CHAT" function and a Customer Service agent will be able to assist you.

How long is delivery time?
Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of in stock items, excluding weekends & holidays. If there is any issue with your order that causes it to fall outside our delivery time frame you will be notified. We try very hard to meet our 4-8 week deadline, however, please understand some larger items take longer to ship. Should you have any questions about your shipment please contact us. For large bulky items items outside of our local delivery please allow a few extra weeks in some cases.
Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. Our cartons are too large. You may want to ship to a friend or relative who can then forward your shipment. Any forwarding shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What about assembly?
Some of our furniture is pre-assembled, but most require some assembly upon arrival. Most of it is quick and easy to assemble. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. All items, excluding tools, are included with those items needing assembly. Typical tools that you may need to supply include a hammer, adjustable wrench and screw drivers (Phillips head or flat head).
What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.
Who Handles Customer Service?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements, etc. that we can provide upon request. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. If the item has minor damages, we will attemp to have the item repaired by a furniture mechanic back to its original condition. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. (Usually 2-3 weeks) In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item. If any dispute is placed with your credit card because of this before we are given the opportunity to replace the items, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the chargeback.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Customer has 24 hours to cancel an order once it is placed, excluding weekends. After 24 hours you will be responsible for a 25% Cancellation fee. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us and we will assess the situation.

Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped or produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 25% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund for all furniture. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original un-opened packaging and all items must be in NEW re sellable condition. Items will not be authorized for return after 2 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once we receive the returned item(s). Because we ordered the piece for you from our manufacturers and cannot return it to the manufacturer, we must charge you a fee equal to 25% of the total order price to help defer the product cost.

- Fed Ex/DHL/UPS Deliveries:
- When possible, your package will ship via Fed Ex/DHL/UPS; doorstep service is usually available on smaller packages, however Large Packages (freight) are curbside only. These services will not notify you prior to delivery. These types of deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. Depending upon the carrier, an appointment by telephone may be scheduled by the carrier company, however it is not guaranteed. If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this.
- Furniture Carrier:
- If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are normally scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due and payable upon delivery. All Standard Deliveries are curbside only.
- Shipping Surcharge
- Additional delivery fees are required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area. If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you will be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped (This is not calculated at checkout we will contact you should there be additional charges). Items that are over sized, that can be delivered via Fedex or UPS will also incur an oversize fee.
- Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid (This is not calculated at checkout we will contact you should there be additional charges). Liftgate service is available through all of our carriers for an additional charge, however it is not included in the standard free delivery.
- Delivery is available to Alaska or Hawaii, however does not fall under our Free Delivery. Please request a Shipping quote prior to ordering.
