The
Like New Service Plan ("Service Plan) is a contract between you, the customer, and
Like New Furniture Services, the administrator and the source of this service contract. Also mentioned in this "Service Plan" are
Like New Repair and
Like New Customer Care, affiliates of
Like New Warranty Services.
This "Service Plan" applies to new leather, fabric, and vinyl upholstered furniture, as well as area rugs and hard surface furniture such as wood and stone. Only private use furniture in residential, household settings is protected by this "Service Plan".
Like New Furniture Services agrees to provide cleaning, repair, and/or stain removal, where applicable, by their authorized repair technicians, when covered damages or stains occur.
This "Service Plan" is valid for a period of five (5) years ("Term") from the date of purchase of your new furniture. This "Service Plan" must be purchased at the same time the furniture was purchased and you must have a receipt reflecting the purchase of the covered furniture and payment of the "Service Plan".
This "Service Plan" is neither an insurance policy nor the original manufacturer's warranty.
This "Service Plan" is not transferable or renewable.
The store in which the furniture was purchased is not responsible to administer your "Service Plan".
Like New Warranty Services is the manager of the "Service Plan" and no one may express how the "Service Plan" is to be administered and executed except an authorized
Like New Warranty Service Plan administrator. Like New Furniture Services is not responsible for the misrepresentation of the "Service Plan" by a sales representative.

- Fabric, leather or vinyl upholstery and area rugs
- All accidental domestic stains
- Accidental scratches, punctures, cuts, scrapes, rips and tears *
- A burn from cigar or cigarette
- Seam slippage or separation **
- Human and pet body fluid stains *
- Stains on Nubuck, Aniline and Protected leather
- Checking, cracking, bubbling and peeling from a specific accident
- Ink marks
- Nail polish and nail polish remover damage
- Wood, stone and other hard surface furniture
- Accidental household stains
- Breakage *
- Marks or rings from liquid *
- Gouges or chips that break the finish
- A burn from cigar or cigarette
- Checking, cracking, bubbling and peeling from a specific accident
- Electrical failure of integral parts of covered item **
- Structural, mechanical & electrical failures **
