Only premium quality materials are used. Every single piece of leather furniture is built by skilled craftspeople who cut, sew and pack each piece personally.

A high-density foam ( 2 lb weight class ) core wrapped by soft filament fibers for an unparalleled seating comfort of great durability and lasting beauty.

Two systems of spring construction in the manufacturing are used, love seats, chairs, and sectionals. Certain designs can place restraints on the type and method of construction to be used in the manufacturing of a specific style.

Two basic spring systems are used: Sinuous and Uni-Coil.

Sinuous Spring: are 8 gauge sinuous coil wire. Maximum distance apart 5" with a 2" curve.

Uni-Coil: Drop in coil with 8 gauge steel coil, with 9 coils per seat

Leather Grade Descriptions

Grade 1000/AMB

Grade 1000-AMB offers a heavy duty finish. Highly resistant to dirt and liquids, sunlight and wear and tear. This leather is easy to keep clean, and is excellent for families with children and pets.

Grade 2000/EXP

These are top grain leather finished with fine pigments which leave a smooth and silky finish. Many of these leathers are distressed by either buffing, sanding, or two tone finishes. The protected leather in this series are easy to keep clean and are excellent for families with children.

Grade 5000/5500/COR

These are top grain leather finished with fine pigments which leave a smooth and silky finish. Many of these leathers are distressed by either buffing, sanding, or two tone finishes. The protected leather in this series are easy to keep clean and are excellent for families with children. These are softer and more natural than Grade 2000/EXP.

Grade 6000/ANI

Grade 6000-ANI are a full top grain leather. Aniline dyed and slightly pigmented these leathers are super soft to the hand. Natural marking are very pronounced and add to the leather's inherent beauty. Over time these leathers will work a well worn patina. These leather are perfect for people who insist on the best and most natural leathers with a slight protective coat.
